Cementitious infilled Steel Panels, which are also called "Concrete core steel panels", are consisting of a flat hard steel top sheet welded to formed steel bottom pan, filled with full light weight and foaming cement. We use Bao' Steel cold rolling steel plate to punch, spot-welding and coated by epoxy powder after forming.

Our 600mm/610mm OA steel panels have designs of corner lock holes to fix with pedestals head by screw. All pedestals can be adhered to the subfloor with our own proprietary epoxy adhesive or mechanically fixed to the subfloor. This kind of installation constructs a flexible, stable and safe access floor system.
